This is what I do.

I take pictures. This blog is a way for me to capture the every day moments in this season of my life before it becomes too foggy in my memory for me to recall. This is a tangible reminder of what my life was like, what we did, what was important to us, how we spent our days. These are the every day matters, because to me, every day matters.

Somebody has a Big Milestone birthday coming up. No over the hill or one foot in the grave comments, please. You're only as old as you think you are, right? You're still young if you have a young wife! Age is just a number! It's not the years in your life but the life in your years!

Or something like that.

So the cards are starting to roll in.
