We went with something totally different tonight for dinner. John cooks a lot of pulled pork at once, and then we freeze a bunch in little pouches and it makes for super easy meals during crazy weeknights. But this evening plain ol' BBQ wasn't floating our boats, so we came up with BBQ nachos. And surprisingly? The entire family loved it, which is rare around here!
