This evening Mimi joined us for our New Year's Eve celebration, family style. We made homemade pizzas, and all three kids enjoyed decorating the fruit pizza for dessert. We made a pepperoni pizza for the kids, and this pizza was for the adults. IT IS THE BEST PIZZA EVER, EVER. Seriously. The California Pizza Kitchen has a pear and gorgonzola pizza that is just amazing. Since we don't have a CPK, we recreated it. It was so delicious. It's one of my favorite things ever. Am I going on about it too much? It's just that good. But the point is, we had a very fun (and delicious!) New Year's Eve!

December 31, 2012 Part I

After we put Avery down, we pulled out some games. We all enjoyed playing Blokus, as well as Catan Junior. We enjoyed some sparkling cider around 10, made an early toast to 2013, and then the kids headed to bed. A fun last evening of 2012!
