We know how difficult and trying news like this is for everyone. Megan, we will be praying for your father and your family. Faith and optimism can carry you all through, along with the prayers of all who know you, or have been touched by you.

stay positive, you never know what may happen with prayer

Oh, Megan.
I'm so shocked to read this news. I can't imagine the emotions you all are feeling.
We are praying for you all, especially for your Dad's healing.
Lean hard on Jesus, guys.
I'm thinking about Psalm 23 where it talks about the valley of the shadow of death, and how God is with us THROUGH the valley, not INTO the valley. He doesn't leave us there. Oh, the struggle of living on this promise in these difficult and fearful days.
Please keep us posted.
We love you all.

Sara

I hardly ever check your blog in the morning but felt led to this morning. Now I know why. I am proud of you for your faith filled attitude. The strength to have that attitude comes only with the Lord being first in your life. "Mimi" and "Pop Pop", my husband Tim and I will certainly start praying for you and all of your family in the days ahead. Love you Megan, and I'll be thinking and praying for you this weekend as you spend time with family.

Renee

Megan, I will pray for your dad and also for you, your mom, and the rest of your family. It's good you'll get to be together this weekend during this time of waiting. Thanks for your testimony of how through all the emotion that you are trusting in the Lord.

I am trying not to cry as I post, but I'm not sure that's possible. Watching my own dad battle cancer and numerous other illnesses has given me a sore but sweet spot for this. I know all of the emotions you are feeling as we thought my dad had cancer again 2 years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Shultz, you met my parents at a Christmas party. I know my parents would be more than willing to walk this journey with you, as it is very trying. They are at 478 474 0358. We will be praying for all of you. Megan, please use me as a support as all of your feelings make sense to me.

love you all,
Kimberly

God be with you and all your family during this time. I pray he gives you strength to accept what will be, faith to get through all of it, courage to face it, and trust, ultimately, in God's plan for all our lives.

Megan, I can't imagine how you must feel. So glad you are close enough to be there for your parents. Mimi and especially, PopPop, we will be praying for you for God to show you His mercy and grace.
