Megan, We are praying for you and each member of your family today. Your words from your experience are so beautiful. I praise God for the journey you are on -- for the places you have been, for the places you are now, and the places that you have yet to go. Love and blessings to you my friend, Ashley

Megan, Praying for you, friend. I know it doesn't make it "go away," but the breaking is done. What a beautiful quote. You have truly traveled down your path gracefully; it hasn't been one that you would have chosen, but I know that God must surely be proud of you.

I am at the hospital in Memphis spending the nite. My husbands dad has been in icu for 35 days but is slowly improving. I was catching up on reading your blog. I still enjoy it so much and you are such a talented writer and photographer. I still think of your dad so often. Please tell Marsha hello for me. Darlene Nelms

MEGAN RESPONDS: Thank you Darlene. It's fun to see comments from people who knew my Dad! :) Hope you are having a wonderful holiday!
