Before and After

Everyone loves a before and after picture, right?

Ansley requested pot roast, and since we like to have birthday celebrations that never end around here (cue: this is the birthday that never ends, yes it goes on and on my friends.....), I obliged. She also loves mashed potatoes, so I made these to go with it.
