This will be pretty baby heavy, because, well, she's into a lot these days. She keeps me on my toes. And what I mean by that is she is a whole lotta work! But she sure is sweet.
This is the perplexing part of the Bay. (She gets called that a LOT. Or some form of it: Bayza, Bayzabee, or my personal favorite, Bayziki.) Sometimes she gets to crying, and YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHY. None. No clue. She isn't hungry, she didn't hurt herself. No one took something from her or hurt her little baby feelings. And, sometimes, and this is the even more perplexing part, even when you pick her up, SHE STILL CRIES. It's so baffling to me. She can get really worked up too. I mean, REALLY. And she doesn't calm down for awhile.
But then, oh my, look at that face. When she is happy, she is so adorably cute and happy and funny and giggly. SO SWEET. I'm praying for more of this face and less of the previous face.
This is how she can often be found. She loves to climb on counters and tables. Isn't that crazy? I am pretty sure my other two were not like this. And see all the stuff she's pulled down and tossed on the counter? There's more on the floor. And if she happens to find a crayon or marker, watch out! It will be all over the chairs, table, walls, doors.
I used my canned roasted pepper tomato sauce to make spaghetti, and it was good! Food is a big part of our lives around here. I'm sure when my kids are grown they will realize that from all the pictures I take of food. But I do love food.
This was Avery's first pigtail experience. It was very cute, but I wasn't as big of a fan of the pigs as I usually am because you can't see her cute curls. I don't know how long these curls will last, so I have to savor them.
An outtake from our First Day of School photo shoot. It cracks me up.
This was the first dinner that I can recall where every single child devoured many servings. It went so fast I didn't even get a before picture.
If you need to spice up the pool a bit as summer comes to an end, give your kids an underwater camera. My kids had a blast with this. And even funnier was the "Where's the picture, Mom?" after they snapped a shot. Ummm, kids, this is an old timey camera. Get this - you can't actually see the picture you've just taken. Crazy, right?
And, even crazier? We have to drop this off and actually get prints. So, yes, these are pictures of the pictures. ANCIENT. But I do love these pictures.
This baby is fearless. Hilarious!
I mean, really, how cute is this? It makes me want to go get another underwater camera because these pictures are so fun!
So what was the dinner that you served that was devoured? You can't tease us like that. Anything that kids will "devour" simply must be shared. :)
