We interrupted summer for a little math lesson, but the kids thought it was fun. We had a little fraction class earlier, and then I pulled out all my measuring cups, and they filled them up to see what fit in where. How many 1/4 cups fill up 1 cup? How many teaspoons fill up 1/2 cup? They enjoyed it, and didn't seem to know they were having a little math lesson.

Love it! Scott started teaching Birdie-girl division the other day just "for fun." Oh, how differently their minds work from mine. ;) Christian looks SO grown up in this picture. Goodness!! Have fun with more interruptions this summer. :)
