Something I've really been wanting to do for awhile is make a quilt. I don't know why. I really love the quilted look, mixed with bright, fun fabrics. John and the kids were supposed to go camping this weekend, and I was going to tackle a quilt. But our friends got sick, so they didn't go. But I tackled the quilt anyway. I'm thankful that John is always supportive of my random projects. I was able to finish this quilt for Avery in a day. I really, really love the way it turned out. Now, Ansley and Christian are begging me to make them one!
Hi Megan - I love this! Is there a solid pattern on the back? Where did you get the fabrics? Very cute:)

Thanks Emily! No, it's striped on the back, too, just not with the raggy part like the front. I got the fabric from a local fabric store. It requires 8 different fabrics, so it was fun to pick out coordinating ones! I'll take some more pictures of it and get them up, I've had several people ask about it. I really love it, and Avery sleeps with it in her crib now. :) Thanks for commenting!
