This is what I do.


  • I take pictures. This blog is a way for me to capture the every day moments in this season of my life before it becomes too foggy in my memory for me to recall. This is a tangible reminder of what my life was like, what we did, what was important to us, how we spent our days. These are the every day matters, because to me, every day matters.

I snapped this this morning with my iPhone - Christian still sleeping - and I'm glad I did since it was the only photo I took all day! It was all the driving, I'm sure - it makes for a long trip home. We went through Nashville and dropped Ansley off at Mimi's, then headed back home. It's becoming a Thanksgiving Week tradition for Ansley to stay with her Mimi!
