This is what I do.


  • I take pictures. This blog is a way for me to capture the every day moments in this season of my life before it becomes too foggy in my memory for me to recall. This is a tangible reminder of what my life was like, what we did, what was important to us, how we spent our days. These are the every day matters, because to me, every day matters.

Sept 26
I love this photo of me and my Dad. Everytime I ask Christian who this is a picture of, he says Ansley and JonJon, which always makes me laugh.

Today would have been my Dad's 64th birthday. I cried all through church, and off and on throughout the afternoon. I do trust in God's sovereign plan, but that doesn't mean that I don't wish my Dad was still here. I miss him.
