Mimi picked up Ansley from her co-op and then they hung out for a few hours before she and John went on a Double Daddy/Daughter date night (with her sweet friend Elaina and her Daddy). Meanwhile, I put Avery down for her nap, and then it was just me and Christian with some time on our hands (which is very rare). So this is what he wanted to do. He is just like his Daddy - he loves tools, working on projects, building things. It was so cute to see his mind working, talking about all the things he was going to build with his Daddy. (And all these tools are his.)

I take pictures. This blog is a way for me to capture the every day moments in this season of my life before it becomes too foggy in my memory for me to recall. This is a tangible reminder of what my life was like, what we did, what was important to us, how we spent our days. These are the every day matters, because to me, every day matters.
