Ansley was excited to make dinner for us this evening from recipes she got from her cooking camp a few weeks back. It was so delicious, and I thought I should really be taking advantage of these skills more often. She made tacos with a special yummy seasoning, Mexican cornbread that was to-die-for, homemade guacomole and an apple crisp for dessert. It was really yummy, and I was very thankful!
