This is what I do.


  • I take pictures. This blog is a way for me to capture the every day moments in this season of my life before it becomes too foggy in my memory for me to recall. This is a tangible reminder of what my life was like, what we did, what was important to us, how we spent our days. These are the every day matters, because to me, every day matters.

I forgot to mention that poor Christian and Avery are sick. It's the first Christmas in awhile that we had puny kids. So yesterday I waited too long to get a family picture, and Avery fell asleep and Christian wasn't feeling well. So, never fear, we got one today! I take a family picture every year on Christmas, and they are always fun to look back on. I really can't believe how big Ansley looks here. I sure do love these people!
